(A) THP-1 and (B) HEK-murine and human TLR3 overexpressing cells were stimulated with 25 µM PVP-057, 100 ng/mL Rough-LPS, or 1 µg/mL poly(I:C), with or without pre-treatment of the TLR3-specific inhibitor CU-CPT4a. Results are shown as fold activity over DMSO. One-sided Mann–Whitney U tests were run at each condition. N = 5–8 (A) or 7–8 (B) technical replicates per condition.
