These slides were then decoded into the Mo (red), S2 (green), and S1 (blue) classes in (ii) and (v) respectively. The corrected coordinates are overlaid onto the processed frames (iii) and (vi) respectively. Every frame has the same field of view of 1.6 × 1.6 nm.
