A–X: Cells were treated with 200 µM FA20:4 for 24 h in the presence and absence of DGAT1/2 inhibitors (15 μM A-922500 and 10 μM PF-06424439). Lipids were extracted from cell pellets. Lipid extracts were separated into polar and non-polar lipids using solid phase extraction. Esterified fatty acids were released and transmethylated. Fatty acid methyl esters were absolutely quantified using gas chromatography coupled to flame ionization detection. (data are represented as mean ± SD, n = 3).
