In the version of this article initially published, the PAS staining images in Fig. 6g (10×; panels for Buffer A-Sham and PAFAH2 WT-Sham) were inadvertently duplicated with the images in Extended Fig. 8a (Vehicle-Sham) and Fig. 5a (WT-Sham), respectively. The same duplication also affected the corresponding higher-magnification (20×) PAS staining panels in Supplementary Fig. 7a. The figures have now been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article. This change does not affect the results or the conclusions of the article.
