From: Irradiation- and busulfan-free stem cell transplantation in Fanconi anemia using an anti-CD117 antibody: a phase 1b trial

  1. All patients engrafted neutrophils, platelets and red blood cells promptly within 2 weeks of HSCT with resolution of prior cytopenia (n = 3). Near complete multi-lineage donor chimerism was observed at both short-term and long-term timepoints post-HSCT. All chimerism data in table is reported from bone marrow.
