Network analysis of social interactions during the light period on day 1 and the dark period on day 3 in groups of 4, 8 and 15/16 male and female mice. Nodes represent individual mice, and edges (lines between each node) reflect the relative social contacts between two individuals. The network graph was generated using Cytoscape. Supplementary Fig. 13 provides additional network diagrams, where a unique color code for each individual highlights the individual-specific social dynamics within the network.
