From: CSF tau phosphorylation occupancies at T217 and T205 represent improved biomarkers of amyloid and tau pathology in Alzheimer’s disease

  1. Continuous values are presented as the median with the IQR. The significance of differences by amyloid PET status was evaluated with Wilcoxon’s rank-sum tests for continuous variables and χ2 or Fisher’s exact test for categorical variables. The fold difference is the median biomarker value in the amyloid PET-positive group divided by the median value in the amyloid PET-negative group. All tests were two sided and not adjusted for multiple comparisons.
