Linearity: plasma samples of different volumes (250, 500, 750 and 1000µl) were prepared and analyzed with the method. Simple linear regressions were performed (R2) and are shown for each peptide. Recovery: total-tau protein concentration before and after immunoprecipitation (IP) performed for sample preparation before MS analysis (n=3). Data shown as mean ± SD.
