Probe trial conducted 1 hr after hidden platform training and removal of the escape platform (n = 13 mice for CTL/Veh; n = 14 mice for CTL/Klotho; n = 11 mice for ASA/CPG/Veh; n = 11 mice for ASA/CPG/Klotho). Percentage of time mice spent in the target quadrant of the maze is shown to indicate the memory of the platform location. The dashed line represents chance performance at 25%. Data are presented as means ± SEM.
