Scale bar = 5 μm. Quantification was performed in n = 3 AD human brains. Protein expression quantifications can be found in Table S2. B. Immunofluorescence confocal image shows HEXB (grey) expressed in neuronal cell bodies (NeuN, green) and axonal spheroids (SMI312, green) in AD human postmortem brain (n = 3).
