For quantification, a–c, n = 8-10 males and n = 10 females, sexes are combined since no significant differences were detected between males and females, plotted as mean ± SEM of analyte mass normalized to unit mass of THP, unpaired T-test, * = p < 0.05 and ns = non-significant.
