  1. At alpha=5 × 10−8, statistical power is a sufficient explanation for the pattern of significant and non-significant results for the TACR3 locus. For the East Asian sample in the UK Biobank, genotypes were not available, and so the frequency of this variant in gnomAD samples was used (i.e., minor allele frequency=0.0004).
