Percent infarct (INF)/left ventricle (LV), percent area-at-risk (AAR)/LV, and percent INF/AAR were measured one week after MI (n = 5 Aif1 + /+ and n = 6 Aif1-/-, two-tailed unpaired t test, pooled from two independent experiments).
