In this work, the authors build on the high-resolution structural characterization of the tubulin-binding site and show that the microtubule inhibitor KY216 blocks NSCLC metastasis by prompting α-tubulin detyrosination and inhibiting the miR429/VASH2/ZEB1 axis.
