Transformer-based deep learning enhances discovery in migraine GWAS

This study presents InsightGWAS, a Transformer-based model that enhances migraine genetics by integrating functional annotations and leveraging transfer learning from MDD. It identifies 293 novel migraine risk loci, offering new mechanistic insights.
