Dear Editor,

The authors should be commended for conducting a well-designed randomized comparison of en-bloc and lobe-by-lobe (LBL) HoLEP under standardized refinements [1]. The study adds valuable prospective data in an area where high-quality trials remain scarce. Several methodological considerations, however, may further strengthen the interpretation and clinical applicability of the findings.
