In the version of this article initially published, the EZH2 and Actin input western blots in Fig. 4a were inadvertently duplicated from the EZH2 and Actin western blots in Fig. 3h. The correct western blots in Fig. 4a and the respective source data are shown in the Supplementary Information accompanying this amendment.

Please also note that the EZH2 western blots of the MV4-11/MV4-11R- EZH2 IPs in Figs. 3d and 4a of the manuscript were obtained from the same biological replicate, as shown in the source data file for the respective figures (see Source Data).

This correction does not change the findings and conclusions from the original manuscript.
