For each sample, the number of cells of the reported type was divided by the total number of cells (excluding erythrocytes). Points are each sample (n = 3-4). Ribbon is the standard deviation. Statistical significance of age-specific cell type dynamics was evaluated using a One-Way ANOVA and the p-values were corrected with FDR (see Extended Data Fig. 6).
