Logistic regression models were used to examine the associations between quintiles of IC scores and three established measures for self-rated health (N = 60,254), ADL (N = 60,258) and IADL (N = 60,201) limitations, adjusting for age group, sex, education, MPCE, place of residence, marital status and multimorbidity.
