a. Single-cell analysis for single-cell sequencing data (scRNA-seq or scATAC-seq) from both human organoids and fetal organs. This module includes the uniform manifold approximation and projection (UMAP) plot, UMAP projections of the cell-specific expression or accessible peak of a given gene, and Dot plot showing expression levels or gene activity scores of marker genes in cell types. b. Comparison analysis module. This module evaluates the similarity and difference in single-cell profiles in each cell type between human organoids and corresponding fetal organs. c. Cell-to-cell interaction analysis module. This module showcases significant receptor-ligand pairs between two interacted cell types and visualizes cellular communications across all cell types in a particular human organoid dataset. d. Gene-drug interaction analysis module. This module is designed to obtain cell type-specific gene-drug interactions and perform an enrichment analysis of cell type-specific genes in the druggable gene sets based on the DGIdb database (version 4.2.0).
