Effective rehabilitation requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates targeted exercise interventions to restore lumbopelvic stability, optimised prosthetic fitting to correct biomechanical imbalances, and patient education to promote self-management strategies. Emerging technologies in gait analysis and wearable sensors allow real-time feedback and personalised adjustments, while tele-rehabilitation platforms facilitate continued support beyond the clinic. Addressing chronic low back pain in this population is critical for improving mobility, reducing healthcare utilisation and enhancing quality of life across diverse clinical settings worldwide.
