Quantitative analysis revealed that pre-pubertal subjects exhibited significantly greater horizontal mandibular advancement, reflecting residual growth potential, while other skeletal and dental measurements showed comparable improvements across both stages. This work underscores the value of three-dimensional imaging for precise evaluation of functional appliance outcomes and supports early intervention when growth is still ongoing.
