Recent advances focus on optimised dosing schedules, novel adjuvants, peptide-based vaccines and biologics targeting key cytokines to enhance efficacy and reduce adverse reactions. Ongoing efforts aim to integrate molecular diagnostics with personalised immunotherapy protocols, thereby improving outcomes and addressing the global burden of mite allergy.
