Precise patient selection—often guided by diagnostic spermatic cord blocks—and meticulous dissection minimise collateral tissue trauma and postoperative complications. Reported success rates for pain resolution range between 60 % and 80 %, with many patients regaining full activity and reporting marked improvements in quality of life. Recent refinements include the incorporation of biologic grafts to support tissue healing and the development of minimally invasive platforms that expand the pool of surgeons able to deliver this specialised care within a multidisciplinary framework.
