Pediatric anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a rare but highly curable T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, most often driven by anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) translocations and marked by uniform expression of the CD30 antigen. These include integration of targeted agents—anti-CD30 antibody-drug conjugates and ALK inhibitors—refined use of haematopoietic stem cell transplantation for salvage, and novel immunotherapies. Enhanced molecular monitoring supports early identification of patients requiring treatment intensification or de-escalation, and paves the way for truly individualised therapy.
