Despite strong support for psychosocial interventions, barriers remain in training providers, integrating care pathways and tailoring treatments across diverse populations. Advances in neuroimaging and digital phenotyping continue to refine mechanisms of change and inform novel delivery modes, underscoring the global relevance of psychosocial pain management in both high- and low-resource settings.
