Queer Perspectives in Language Education

Queer perspectives in language education represent an interdisciplinary endeavour that brings the analytical tools of queer theory to bear on the teaching and learning of languages. This approach interrogates the normative assumptions about gender and sexuality that pervade curricula, learning materials and classroom interaction.
