Post‐stroke pathways also amplify inequities: differential access to rehabilitation, secondary prevention and long‐term support profoundly influences recovery trajectories. Underlying these patterns are structural barriers within health systems, implicit biases in clinical decision‐making and uneven distribution of specialised stroke resources.
