Green liquor dregs (GLD): The inorganic residue from the pulping process rich in calcium and other minerals, often repurposed as a supplementary cementitious material.

Circular economy: An economic model focused on resource efficiency, waste minimisation and closed-loop reuse of materials to reduce environmental impact.
