Immunomodulatory imide drugs, including lenalidomide, are crucial to the treatment of multiple myeloma, yet existing manufacturing routes are inefficient and time-consuming. Here, the authors present an integrated continuous-flow synthesis platform with improved solvent compatibility and process efficiency for the production of lenalidomide, pomalidomide and their derivatives.
