While protein O-glycosylation is an important regulatory mechanism during spermatogenesis, it remains unclear how these mechanisms are leveraged in this process. Here they establish an O-glycoproteome map of the mouse testis, providing insights and resources for future functional studies targeting O-glycosylation dysregulation in male infertility.
