Topolectrical circuits are a platform useful for testing modern physical models. Here, the authors develop a deep-learning-empowered programmable topolectrical circuit enabling control over the lattice Hamiltonian. They observe boundary states in higher-order topological systems, adiabatic phase transitions, and flat-band Landau levels, achieve position-controllable Anderson localisation, and demonstrate applications in information encryption and anticounterfeiting.
