Efficient therapy with biocompatible microrobots has huge potential but still faces challenges. Here, the authors show that magnetobacterial microrobots can be used to actively neutralize inflammatory factors and pseudovirus, by enhancing the tissue penetration of the hybrid cell membranes nanoparticles.
