Fusion-positive rhabdomyosarcoma is driven by several distinct gene fusions that produce the same cancer type. Here, the authors show that these oncofusions share a common set of interacting proteins and gene targets that drive a shared transcriptional program and reveal shared therapeutic vulnerabilities, including sensitivity to antifolate treatment.
