Spontaneous orientation polarization in organic thin films is crucial for enhancing their physical properties. Here, introducing functional groups with distinct polarizabilities in bent-shaped polar molecules significantly enhances spontaneous orientation polarization, enabling precise molecular orientation control and the development of highly polarized electret materials without charging processes.
