Calorimetry data for continuous-flow photochemistry are scarce, hindering kinetic model development and safe scale-up. Here, the authors combine in situ calorimetry with design of experiments to build a quantitative, heat-consistent kinetic model and a calorimetry-informed visual digital model for the continuous-flow photobromination of (E)-methyl 2-(methoxyimino)-2-(o-tolyl)acetate, enabling real-time thermal-management guidance and extending the calorimetric dimension of process analytics.
